Its very dificult count the hole match... The 1st belongs to italian limited... the 2nd belongs to english with big diference and the 3d seems to wins the italian.. now, where's the points of the 3rd??? Anw, maybe italian was better maybe seems to be better and maybe was only the experience of 31 yo olympic boxer that make us believe that wasn't victory for the young english boy! But from my experience as amateur boxer, Roberto wins the 3 round and all the game

Not a boxer here, I did practice BJJ and Judo and I have to say i agree all the line I think though that at such events there is plenty of opportunity to count points from the referee to the jury Just saying that as we saw at the Olympics, it's not always an honest result

Sto riguardando questo incontro dopo la seconda sconfitta di Joshua contro Usyk. AJ è stata la gallina dalle uova d'oro e questa è stata la sua fortuna ma anche la sua maledizione. Avrebbe avuto forse il potenziale per diventare un pugile migliore se non fosse stato esposto con pochissima esperienza ai match di livello mondiale, e in qualche modo l'ha sfangata contro opponenti di livello grazie alla sua forza e capacità di risolvere incontri che probabilmente avrebbe perso sulla distanza con uno rapido uno-due. Tuttavia, adesso che sta facendo i conti con il suo limite massimo è chiaramente in sofferenza nel trovare un nuovo passo e progredire tecnicamente. Credo che avrebbe potuto ottenere di più se fosse cresciuto più lentamente, ma comunque per bisogna fargli tanto di cappello per ciò che ha realizzato nonostante i suoi limiti tecnici e di intelligenza pugilistica. Purtroppo credo che ormai sia bollito.

Joshua è un grandissimo bluff, sempre stato tutelatissimo ma è un pugile "normale" che fino a 20-30 anni fa non si sarebbe mai fatto notare in mezzo ai Tyson Lewis Holyfield di turno, inoltre non sa incassare, come lo prendi va a terra. Semplicemente l'hanno dipinto da campione ma non lo è mai stato.

Hi U all guys, I'm cuban and boxing is one of our favourite sports, and in the honour of truth they both have been great in this combat but Joshua punches have been cleaner than Cammarelle's ( at least from this point of view)and I'm agree than judges needed to see a little more because Cammerelle score wasn't fare in the second round, Only 3 points come on!!!

Not really. It was a tight fight, yes. But I watched it on NBC and all the commentators had Cammarelle in front, albeit by a small margin. The same with the German commentators on eurosport. It looks to me like the Brits were the only ones who did not complain about the final. And please do not forget that Joshua was well beaten by Cuban Erislandy Savon earlier. That was the biggest robbery in this olympic games. I rated the Brits much higher than that. And do not forget that Joshua was

I had it for Cammarelle, but it's a close fight, so a countback decision can't really be argued with! He was well beaten by Savon no one here disputed that in fact - believe it or not we are much more critical of ourselves and our country that anyone else in the world (British cynicism). What we don't like are whiners, you don't call a close a robbery! Savon's loss was inexcusable, but italians calling this fight a robbery isn't much better in my book.

I respect that. Now what I question is how in the hell was Cammarelle up 3 after 2 rounds? He should have been up about 2 after the first round and only 1 after the second (where Joshua was able to tie him up more and fight at range). That said, it's therefore more believable that Joshua did enough to meet the point deficit and win on countback. He didn't do enough to catch up 3 points behind, but how was his opponent truly 3 points ahead to begin with? Cammarelle only really scored in rallies.
