Between the icons used and the graphics of them, these SuperHighways make me think of "Quantum Slipstreams". They're a Delta Quandrant technology introduced in Voyager.

I'm L39 (Server 20) and I can see the transwarp conduits in my game. I see the red ribbons only; I cannot see the systems which are connected to these conduits.

that superhighways for 53+ ops or not?

the FKR and origin space superhighways are for ops 53+ however, there are new superhighways for the delta quadrant that have lower ops requirements for use with Voyager.
