What an amazing video, Sophie, well done for being so honest about your own swing. I will be trying the towel drill when I practice this week because I recognise so many similar issues in my own swing. I know it will be a slow process but i will persevere. Keep up the good work!

Your videos are all very good but I think this is your best. I never like seeing my own swing but my biggest fault is exactly what you have just described. And yet I still forget that right elbow error I default to. Something for me to practice, practice and practice. Thanks.

I have the exact same issues and am working on the same things! I don't have great external shoulder rotation range which I think exacerbates the problem. I have a few drills and feels I'm using at the moment but the one I feel works the best is a inflatable ball (on a lanyard) between my forearms to keep my elbows from splitting apart too much. Interesting to know you have had this issue from being so young!

great video, I'm the same but 20 times worse, hands above my forehead at the the top. very hard to fix because it's crept in over the years and age doesn't help you turn better, easier just to shove the club up instead of round, I used to have a flat swing 50 years ago!
