So I play in detroit and am starting to get into craps. When the point is off and you roll a seven why do they take the money on the 6/8/10? I thought If there was no point and you roll a 7 you just win your pass bet and the other bets stand until you make a point?

You lose your come bets if you roll a seven. You have the option to turn your odds off but not the come bets

@@sixteamtactical2243 gotcha, I guess in Michigan it is different. Once we hit the point and it resets and you roll a 7 your bets are safe until there is a point and you roll a 7. Going to Vegas tomorrow so I was curious if it is played different. Thanks

When you were close to hitting "Make them all" you mentioned 900-1 to hit both the 2 & 12 before 7 rears its ugly head. I'd like to know the math behind that one, because I don't think it is correct. If you only had 2 rolls, I think the odds are 1296-1 to hit both but aren't necessarily limited to just 2 rolls. You may have 15 more rolls before you hit the 7.
