@@lazyturtle3490, Mario doesn't change his size in the game. Pannenkoek can confirm it. Mario just switches maps when going down pipes. However, when switching maps, the enemies, stars and objects also switch around.

As far as I remember, on one side of this Course you oftentimes must watch out for the Fish because if that Fish eats you, you will be instantly defeated.

One thing I've always liked to do when entering the small portrait of Tiny Hug Island is when the tiny Goomba charges at you, punch him and he goes flying.

Does anyone have suggestions for how to do the long jump instead of the slam? I keep hitting the right buttons but end up doing slams instead of long jumps and I keep losing!! It's driving me crazy!

Hey sorry for the late response! I would hold the trigger right before you hit the jump button, instead of doing them at the exact same time. All a long jump is is Mario jumping out of a crouch, so if you crouch for just a split second before hitting the jump, you do the jump and keep your speed :)

This is probably the worst level in Super Mario 64. Some levels are terrible for being needlessly difficult thanks to exactified movement in tight spaces, while handling terrible controls and camera, and that is on full display with this one. If it were made in a modern Mario game, I would probably have been so much better.
