First time I played this mod with other players, I saw the text and pieced the context of "Brutal bosses", and I told the other players to throw the baby off the cliff. They said they were gonna do it anyways like it's just tradition, and boy were they not happy when they got their surprise.

The mod has the hidden Dark Stars throughout the main campaign. Get all 120 normal stars and talk to Yoshi at the roof, maybe you'll know more about them.

When play the game I return her baby in and then I get the star and then get off of this level.

If this helps, I ended up finding another one by killing the piano in big boo’s haunt. I don’t know how but I managed to get the piano to spawn in the room with the collapsing bridge and managed to knock it off the edge killing it. Not sure if that’s the actual way to kill it though but hey, it worked 🤷‍♂️
