It's funny that Mario freaks out so much over the same thing over and over forgetting it ever happened. He doesn't know the FIRST thing about chaos. Try going the first 72 hours after an EMP event and then compare that to Bowser's silly schemes. Hell he doesn't even slap Peach or abuse her. I'm guessing he keeps her fed and clothed or she would be traumatized otherwise.

If Mario saw just the first few days of a massive EMP attack knocking cars and infrastructure offline he's have a stroke and that's not even getting to the first week or month when humanity's dark side would REALLY start to show. That's just regular city chaos of people beating each other up who have no morals or Godly value in them whatsoever. (This includes luke warm Christians)
