Some changes that I think would make this even better 1. When Metallix (I know it’s Mecha Sonic but I like Metallix more so DEAL WITH IT 😎) transforms in to his semi-super form add an echoing effect to his voice to add intimatetion 2. You could Metallix scream “DIE” in Japanese when he’s charging his Kamehameha but remove the one before 3. Where’s the “I’LL CRUSH YOU”?! So what do you think about my changes

Hmm... I like where you are going with it. As far as number 3, maybe thst can be replaced with "Korosu!!" Not the same as I'LL CRUSH YOU, but kinda has the same inflection, I think.
