My only thing as someone who grew up playing these games is I genuinely wish these bosses were harder, or there were some optional harder bosses and levels. And not Kaizo hard, just like the game's system's genuinely challenging you with creative gimmicks, maybe a more engaging boss. Maybe instead of something big it's a Mario sized enemy so it's almost a duel of whether you or the boss have better management of the movement system in Mario Galaxy in this delicate dance of spins and jumps. Like if you were fighting the Cosmic Mario instead of just racing him and it was a genuinely challenging boss fight! More things like that.

Can we Talk about the fact that the final fight of SMG 1 is the Most Epic of all? They Fight on the center of the universe, if you fall of the planetoid you fall into a boiling artificial sun, you are jumping from planetoid to planetoid, you are in the final fight with opera music and trying to hit bowser with all you got with the help of the Master luma
