@mikoubay to fly, you need the fly powerup, to know if you have it mario's cap and shirt will be black and his overalls red, then jump with A and spin by shaking the Wii Remote. you control with control stick, and hold a to brake. release a to fly again.

There is no hack all you have to do is get 120 stars as mario to make Luigi become available as a playable character, then use Luigi to get 120 stars with as well then the Grand Finale Galaxy becomes available for both of them and the 121st star is at the Grand Finale Galaxy
