I do have a Wii and I'm playing the game with 60fps when i'm not recording. The Graphics on Wii are shitty, that's why I prefer playing on PC.

No, it's illegal to download these games but emulating the system is legal. If you own the game than you are free to download the emulator and put the cd into the computer to play it.

my computer is intel core quad Q9550 2.66 ghz....ati hd radeon 5770 1 GB, direct x 11, windows 7 64 bit, hard disk 1TB...... monitor 24 inch full hd 1080..... memory ram : 8 GB the graphic is very beautiful on PC but looks soooooo slow.....
