I recently pulled out the old SNES and just unlocked 150cc. It truly feels like an accomplishment just to beat the special cup at 100c. I’ll need a lot of luck to beat it all again at 150cc!

It’s just a little quicker. I don’t think driving the kart is the hard bit, it’s trying to avoid Mario and Luigi constantly using their invincibility power up over the last two laps that is the tricky bit!
