Man! That's it! That's what I was looking for. You are the man for doing this. At the time I beat this game in 91, I never would of thought that, that music in the End would stay with me?! I was 18 yrs old & I went to wake up my girlfriend at the time, which later became my wife "Jill Jill I beat the game honey" I wish I could go back in time.... A tear just formed in my eye. Super Mario Land was the first game I ever actually beat. Explained this to my son when he was younger and starting to get into games. He was maybe 6 at this point, and we watched a playthrough of the game. He's and emotional kid, and the closing song actually got to him. I didn't understand why it made him tear up but it did. Same with Yoshi's Story songs, heh.

First game I ever passed as a kid. I’ll never forget the excitement and joy I felt that afternoon. I had no one to share it with back then but I still felt happy that I finally passed that darn sky stage. The submarine level is by far my favorite and wish they would do something with that in Mario games today. This game was just so wacky and fun. Rock stage was hard until you figure out the patterns

Wow! I'm 12, and my first and only console was a Wii. Sadly, it broke after 6 long years. So I sold most of my shovel-ware games, and bought a GameBoy. That was the best choice i ever made in my life.
