@@breadproductions6139 he starts out capturing a bulbasaur and goes to different gyms. after beating each gym his pokemon evolves. after the first gym he catches a squirtle and after that a charimander. the combat is implied based on what pokemon hes using ie the first 2 gyms the goombrat (bulbasaur) used fire flowers and vines as an attack. towards the end when hes traveling up the castle level he uses different pokemon moves to negate the obstacles which takes place during the electric screen visual

This had me laughing throughout the whole thing because of just how fantastic it is! You post a lot of fantastic level showcases, but this has got to be my favorite. It might not have challenging gameplay or anything, but it's just. So. Good. I was super confused at what was happing with the note blocks and was like "NO!! Why did he die?! Oh? OH!! YES." All of the attacks were just SO satisfying! I think my favorite was Blastoise's shell toss. I also LOVED how you could use all of your Pokemon to help you get through the cave. The way Venusaur just comes out and lowers vines just made me just bust out laughing. AND THAT LAST FIGHT! That was ridiculously awesome.
