using they to talk about someone specific is such a terrible trend, it's extreme easy to confuse whether *one's talking about it in the singular or plural so it's fairly stupid. One is a pronoun in the English language. It is a gender-neutral, indefinite pronoun, meaning roughly "a person". What do you think of them? They seem nice :) No one has any idea who the f** THEY're talking about!
