Actually they played the courses in reverse. The proper order is: • Chase the Snaking Coins (Pink Coin Pipe) • Piranha Plant Field (Purple Coin Pipe) • Make the Cut! (Black Coin Pipe) • Red Block Run (Gold Star Pipe)

I've never played or seen any gameplay of Super Meat Boy, but I do know there's a course in Super Mario Maker created by André of GameXplain based on Super Meat Boy, Super Meat Bros., which also uses the Castle theme and has a lot of Grinders. Coincidentally, Super Meat Bros. is known to be one of the hardest courses uploaded online in Super Mario Maker, and Make the Cut! is known to be the hardest course in Super Mario Run.

@@rawtrout3402 You only need to collect all ★ Black Coins. It's actually the only Special Course which doesn't have to be unlocked in a sequence, as someone could try collecting all ★ Black Coins before collecting the other Colour Coins in the normal worlds.

Honestly, the whole game just felt like it gave you nearly zero rewards, I mean like for literally getting every single bonus coin in the game, you get extra levels that are a bit harder than usual, and that’s about it
