Seeing you play this Mario game gave me the biggest grin someone could ever have, it brought back childhood memories of playing either myself or watching my sister have a go at it! I'm really happy you were able to give it a shot and for not knowing anything regarding the story or how the controls worked, you quickly got the hang of it! We were off to a great start at the landing site where you forfeited staying with everyone to hop on the boat to Delfino Plaza, your slip and slide adventure fight against the warped piranha plant turned into a clutch win with Fludd's help. The story itself being based on doing community service is one of a kind, don't see that every day which makes it all the more special. One, two, three - nothing was wrong with you while making your way through the hills up to the windmill and your first real boss fight in the form of Petey Piranha. Fighting with 1 HP and a dream, the ground pound mechanic revealed itself to you and you immediately used it to seize victory! At what cost though when the poor plant dissolved... Now, the way to the harbor opened up! With Soulslike tactics up your sleeve, the giant squid didn't stand a chance! Blooper surfing was a league of its own. Absolute cinema when your ride disappeared after jumping on it, then attempting to win on foot before it culminated in a brick wall crash of the highest quality. I was wheezing so hard, this is worthy of becoming the gameplay moment of the year! In the end, patience paid off! You earned that win on the most difficult setting. Masterful platforming come the beach level and beyond, you were done before we even knew it! Our worm friend put up a fight but ultimately saw himself defeated. Big applause for finishing the Sand Bird in only three tries, you managed to stay on its side against all odds. Even Piantissimo had to concede his loss, investigating the area beforehand and being tenacious did the trick. The amusement park had no shortage of fun, the cutscene reveal of the giant robot is a work of art and the ensuing rollercoaster fight is a ride in the most literal sense! im trying to think if leaving this stream contributed to my nightmare, or a coincidence because water happened to be involved..??? but thinking a gavis bettel stream contributed to my nightmare which hasn’t happened in a decade is infinitely funnier

I feel like this is the kind of game you'd play when you're younger and spend hours and hours running around the plaza and making up your own story until a new level appears and I think that's very cute :D but playing it for the very first time as a 29 adult jester makes it looks like the hardest game in the WORLD
