This business was a business that Tiffany Hennard, and her boyfriend Kamal Woods was involved in. What he did was that he bought the land that the new place is sitting on for $80,000. It had been empty sometime because it was a former animal hospital that I’m told was forced to shut down due to issues of animal abuse. He bought it for $80,000 and then sold it for $200,000 meaning of $120,000 profit before any taxes were paid. There’s also been concerns about the building because of them allegedly starting working as construction before an engineer approved the plans. And then some people raise concerns about the foundation of the building, not being secure enough for this type of structure.

Also there was a report about it being unsafe and no further construction should go on until the issues were fixed. Tahoe even did a video on it! Everyone knew with half a brain there was something wrong in Denmark with that property when it had Tahoe and the boy toy involved.
