I had my son via emergency csection after a failed stress test and a failed induction at 36 weeks. I entered the hospital with my phone charger and the clothes on my back. The hospital gave my gripper socks, I wore the gown until the day we went home. My sister brought me a comfy set of sweats to wear home and my pillow during my induction. After my son was born, a friend bought/washed/brought preemie clothes and a blanket for my son to wear and use on the way home. Suprisingly I don't feel like I lacked anything.

Isn’t it funny how we always somehow end up okay! Even in unpredicted circumstances!
