Another great video as ever only thing I did different was to use external tooth 5 mm washers on the cap heads on the rotor housing along with a high temp loctite , bit of over kill but seems to work ,yet again your having to fix new parts before you can even use them ,

this pipe is not made to fit the monza , so i had to change it a bit .....

Is this a different build to the one you put the jl4 on , if so how did the jl4 work on the monza 230 . I imagine the nordspeed will be more torquey, will it . I'm struggling to get a jl4 dialled in on a casa 230 , through a 34 vhsb ,have got about 5.1 FD and am quite light . Any suggestions that might help please

Buy a mikuni or a keihin . Dellorto are very difficult to work with and are not very good . My advice don't use a big carb 30mm is more than enough..... my choice would be 30mm pwk

planning on building a super monza with this pipe. Was the bracket under the kickstart the only issues with fitment or is there more that needs to be done?

Had to move main braket and change angle on header pipe . Was a nightmare to get it to fit . Had to weld slip joint as it had to slide out 40 mm to clear mag housing .

@@TheSteelweasel Kickback gave a great review on that exhaust i really want it on the super Monza. I think i’ll get it, I know a few people that can weld better than me. I also wondered what the difference is between the Monza and Super Monza? Imagined ports and exhaust angle but nowhere really says.

Nice work but you should wear welding gloves and jacket, no bare arms or exposed skin. Welders produce some nasty radiation.
