Unfortunately whenever I didn't kill Mr. L before the Bleck cutscene, it triggered a strange unexplainable glitch where Luigi doesn't show up alongside Peach and Bowser... i have a team of rocket scientists investigating why this could be.

The rapidfire damage is a side effect of Bleck's void attack not allowing any i-frames for damage, in normal circumstances nothing can damage you while it's sucking you in so they didn't account for that. As for Dimentio, nope. I used the practice codes to modify my attack power for that segment, and the entire Dimentio animation is editing in post.

Nope sadly. That was all done in editing. In reality I had a cheat menu I could pull up that can adjust stats on the fly. It basically pauses the action while it's up. When playing it was on a whim that I decided to negate my attack so the craziness would last longer, but i realized later that it would be fun to contextualize it.

that's actually unused text in the game, she says this if you hack her into either of the Dimentio fights (the Dimentio used in the video is also an unused middle fight, between the chapter 3 and chapter 8 ones)

I would if I knew how. Sadly that would probably require a decomp of the game or at least much more indepth knowledge of how it works. All I could do was load in her unused enemy entity, which is unfinished so it just stands there with no active hitbox.

If you dumped it with Dolphin, you should be able to run it directly from the filesystem by running main.dol in Dolphin. If you load the game with the modified files, go to the Star Block room in 4-2. I don't know if it will work without the SPM Practice Codes mod also, Dimentio tends to softlock a lot in my experience but he didn't with that mod active so it might fix it.

Alternatively, you can just use Skawo's randomizer tool that lets you customize the enemy layouts in a room, which is how I made that file. But you'll still need to know how to run the game with a modified file system.

O'Chunks can do the spin attack in every battle after the first, and the Dimentio cutscene was entirely done in post. The 0 attack power was a hack applied using practice codes.
