The “8 Blocks - Each Color Once” is in Flipside, in the “hallway” with the card shop and the opening to Flopside. It’s a sign on the wall. Also, the order you hit the blocks in does not matter at all. You just have to hit each one once.

So, during my most recent playthrough of this game, I discovered something interesting. It seems the devs didn't intend on you clearing the Flipside Pit of 100 Trials before starting Chapter 3, because during the... ugh, "Swoon.exe" segment, Dashell doesn't appear in Peach's "Pixls" tab, despite him being able to be acquired before that point.
