Red Bean 100g
Water
Rock Sugar 30g
Brown Slab Sugar 40g
Red Bean Water ~30ml
Egg 2
Sugar 40g
Honey 10ml
Cake Flour 80g
Baking Soda 2g
Milk ~8ml
Oil little
▼Instructions
1. Add red beans to a bowl, add some water, cook for 1.5 to 2 hours
2. Pour out the red bean water for later use, pour the red beans into the pot, add rock sugar and brown slab sugar , and add an appropriate amount of red bean water
Cook until all sugar dissolves
3. Add eggs, sugar and honey to a bowl, whisk lightly, sift in soda powder and cake flour, and stir lightly
4. Add fresh milk little by little, then sieve, pour in a little corn oil and let it sit for about 15 minutes
