The chicken pick was a good laugh! The roman flagon neck was way cool! I think you may have missed a coin just to the left of the bone button find. I was saying there's a coin! There's a coin! Even though you couldn't here me. Lol.

This may be kind of an odd thing to admit, but I've had an absolute shite day, having spent most of it at hospital with my dad, and Matt's "stunt double" comment and subsequent stumble was cause for the first real laugh I've had today. Thanks, guys...much, much appreciated.

Hi Si, the first button found is likely from a WW2 British soldiers battledress overalls. Worn largely by the Home guard. Nice find.

The shell casing is a German 8mm mauser from 1915

@@Sifinds The .303 round is a rimmed cartridge. The one that you found is a rimless case. The extractor fits in the groove around the base. Wonder if it came from one of the zeppelin raids in WW I? Seems a bit too old a manufacture for Battle of Britain era.

303 rounds typically have a rim that sticks out as wel as full year of production marked on it

I think I found a tudor brick the other day filming a river lark. Stupidly I left it on the bank and never went back to pick it up! Looking at the two pieces you picked up I think it probably was now! I know you would never watch my video but I wish you would just to tell me if it was or was`nt a bloody Tudor brick haha (i`ll go back if it is) Great video and finds as usual :)

The oldest existing bottle of wine in the world was taken from a Roman era tomb in Germany and it is a rare Roman glass flagern but they didnt use corks or stoppers there was olive oil on top of the wine! I guess that is why the lips are flared like that! Wouldn't it be cool to travel back to 1887 to see Queen Victoria Jubilee events just for a day or so!?!?

The Victorian commemorative medal was drilled at some point after being given, probably to be worn as a watch-fob, sadly that effects its value as a collectible.

The cartridge Case.. it’s German 7.92x57 (8mm Mauser). G is makers code for Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik. 9 and 15 is date so September 1915 S67 is case metal.. 67% copper, 33% Zinc. Standard German military cartridge of WW1. Used in rifles and Machine Guns. The primer is missing, but may have corroded.
