he forget code veronica even existed. tbh code veronica and re0 are the true resident evil old school games who destroyed the franchise (and the departure of shinji mikami), not re4. and wesker in re1 wasn't that great to say "wesker re1=good re5=bad". it's the natural evolution of the character, he totally use the uroboros superpowers like that if in re1 had the powers activated
