I've only played the SRW3. And whenever I hear the theme music to this group I always think of that yo yo attack. I thought it would go away but it always come back whenever I hear the music.

Combattler V has more weapons that you will ever use during actual gameplay. I always ended up using Chodenji Yo-Yo or Chodenji Spark... except for bosses where I'd just use his final attacks. Still, it's very nice to have all these attacks. That's what Combattler V is all about.

That guy...is the (in)famous Boss Borot of Mazinger fame! Apparently, Combattler is serving as the Borot's offensive support. Aside from that, you gotta really admire how Combattler manages to kick ass despite his outdated-ness!

So let's see... it shoots atomic blasts, chainsaws, it has a yoyo weapon, an electric attack, a double bladed sword, a big missile that shoots a bunch of little missiles, a cool spinning tornado/laser attack, it's a transformer, and has that cool Choudenji Spin... Does it get cooler than this?

I believe it's Aoi. I see it spelled as Hyoma Aoi as well. I sometimes wonder if it's Hyoma that's his last name since Japanese names are often lastname-firstname, but everyone calls him Hyoma in SRW clips so presumably it's his first name.
