Canonically the mazinger couldn't even touch an eva or an angel because of the at field Plus evas are 70 meters tall Btw don't get me wrong, i love the mazinger but it's not even close

@@HaluStorm evas are 40m tall and Mazinger can fly. Plus they would need to target the umbilical cable which has been destroyed many times. In a long range fight mazinger would definitely win and also dominates the sky

@@srkaiser7115 if you have ever watched nge, then you would know that if a eva goes bersderk (this mainly applies to EVA 01) they can be active without the umbilical cord for alot longer than usual

@@snowy1058 it isn’t certain that that will happen. And still mazinger would be superior due to the things I listed in a previous comment. The only eva that would give Mazinger issues is the awakened eva. However, mazinger zero can beat it.

@@HaluStorm AT fields can be destroyed with enogh brute force, and this Mazinger Z has more than enough of it. If this was the Mazinger Z from the old Toei anime you could be right, this Mazinger Z however is an analgamation of the Z from the Shin Mazinger Z anime and the Shin Mazinger Zero manga, it would have no problems in tearing through an AT field, and to make matters worse the EVA is made out of squishy flesh, while Mazinger is made out of near indestructible super alloy Z. A fight between Z would consist in the Eva breaking her hands and teeth on Z's body withou making a scratch, and the latter caving her skull with a single punch.

Well Mazinkaiser did make him go insane at first and this Mazinger is based on the Mazinger Zero manga that can actually change it's pilot's personality and make them insane. In Mazinger Zero, Mazinger Z really has the power of a God or Demon, it just starts the same power level as the other Mazinger Z's, but Zero has a bunch of black boxes inside of it that are restraining how much photonic power it can use and locking abilities, as Kouji unlocks the seal on the black boxes, Mazinger Z becomes more and more powerful and after unlocking all seven boxes, Mazinger Z changes into it's true form and power. Some of the abilities the unlocked boxes give Mazinger aside from more powerful attacks are regeneration where Mazinger can heal any damage and restore limbs pretty damn fast, energy absorption where almost every single energy attack you throw at it just gets absorbed and transformed into photonic energy and reality warping...not kidding on that one. Of course, such power makes a pilot insane and Mazinger Zero sometimes seems to be alive even trying to fuse with Kouji, as Kouji at a point gets involved in machinery and wires start getting inside of him in the cockpit.

NekoBushyBushy KuuNyan have you seen what the Evangelion is capable of, especially in the Rebuilds, Berserk mode is only the beginning, with Unit 02 it has Beast mode, and with Unit 01, it can pretty much become a God like being that could destroy the planet, to be fair, I know nothing about the other mech, but the Evangelions are pretty freaking capable of destroying anything in there path, pray they don't bring the Spear of Longnious with them too.

It's super robot wars V, it came out just this year, February, this game is the 25th anniversary of the series, bringing together super robots Mazinger Z and Getter Robo, to real robots such as the Gundam and ARX, this is the first version that's actually been fully translated to english, and it contain some unique robots such as Mazinger Zero and Great mazin Emperor. This series is probably one of the best strategy based video games out there, and it comes with a likeable cast of characters from all over.

Mike N Yup there's even been contious self contained series with their own over arching canons like the original series, Alpha which funny enough I hear Shinji gets together with Noriko from gunbuster in that Canon XD, and the Z series which ended on a flop with Z3 -_- Then you've got all the self contained ones like V here and the OG series which is just the charicters original to the games seriously there's like I think over 80 SRW games

Nah, Angels exist in a world where Gundams, Getter Robo and Mazinger exist. A code angel happens and the other characters go to help defeat the angels...oh and a bunch of monsters from cross ange and some machines from Gundam show up at the fight. Mazinger Z stops Eva-01 going beserk and that's kinda it.
