Maybe I’m very late but however reads this you can grind the little notch of and expand the life of the servo.

@@RoadsideRC did mine a few days ago it’s still going strong if breaks it breaks. The servo you got for the Losi can I mount it the old servo mount or do I need to upgrade it.

I believe Kevin Talbot did what you were suggesting once, to extend the life of one of his servos, don't remember which servo though. I upgraded the plastic gears in one of my Traxxas ones to metal once, there was a Savox gear set that fit the 2075 (still kickin' btw).

What did you find for a replacmemt my went out firstrun wont turn left on my super rock rey

I just published the video showing it. Not sure if it is a recommended replacement yet. Perhaps it is worth spending more and getting the Hitec or Savox others usually suggest.

Video coming soon! It is a zoskay 60kg from Amazon. Don't really know if I can recommend it or not. Haven't run it enough yet.

Does Spektrum have a good name in RC cars? I know it has a good name in wings and planes, but a lot of multirotor people seem to not like it at all.

They are usually good, mostly for controller/receivers. The quality of the servos is hit or miss.

Ive seen guys flip a gear in a stripped servo n get it to work again, ive never tried it personally so not sure the details, but I have seen just single gears u can get for servos so maybe u can just buy the one gear 🤷‍♂️

SH...Y servo. Get hot and Fried . replace by an hitec, power HD or multiplex of the same size.
