Yeah, except from her point of view its Vegeta being the Vegeta she'd heard about. You know the guy that viciously killed her mother in law in cold blood. She isn't some impartial judge coming upon a situation. She's the wife of a man that Vegeta might have just out and out murdered and she didn't show up without bias. He's literally the guy that her husband wants revenge on. Her calling him a monster is to be expected. She isn't ignorant, she doesn't care. Because the Vegeta in her mind was the same guy that used to genocide planets and eat their inhabitants. She has not nor is likely to experience the Vegeta that has grown from his experiences that is unless he and Rigor actually come to terms on a personal level rather than a combative one.

LupineShadowOmega Well yea true I understood that from her perspective seeing the fact that both her and Rigor were haunted for years by the horrendous things Vegeta has committed when they were young and having Rigor to witness his own mother’s death right in front of him. I can see why they both have this unbridled hatred for him and wish to seek vengeance. But like honestly it just really spites me when she just started yelling at Vegeta and calling him a monster when you can clearly tell that the man never wanted to seek out this fight nor did he any intentions on killing Rigor. If he truly was the same heinous cold blooded man that he once was, then he would’ve been ruling Earth with an iron fist and show little care for the lives of anyone else especially Bulma and his children.

This wasn't some spy on Vegeta and see what he was up to mission, it was, more "Vegeta is still alive...we need to fix that mission." We the audiance get Vegeta and his changes, heck Rigor if his reaction to Trunks is any indication, probably suspects, but he's too focused on the idea of revenge for it to matter and rightfully so because Vegeta murdered his mother and he wants revenge. Which I don't think its wrong to point out, that in Japanese culture this is a big freaking deal. People use the proverb "He who seeks vengeance should dig two graves." But with our sensibilities we often take this to be a refutation of revenge. But no, the proverb was to point out that in order to seek revenge, to really seek it, you should be willing to go to any length. Even death. And that's the mindset Rigor has at this moment. And him having that ideal means that, he and his wife have blinders on. They aren't looking to understand Vegeta, they're looking for affirmation of their bias and they're looking for Vegeta's head on a platter. It will be interesting to see how everything plays out.

I get the distinct impression that assault form is just a different name for SSJ4. While he was in the "SSJ?" state he called it his battle form, so it could just be a name difference. After all, Vegeta was technically the one to call it Super Saiyan so he could just have named it something different.

To me, SSJ4 is the physical representation of the pinnacle of Saiyan might that can always grow The previous ssj and 2 form's can be quicker power raises to conserve stamina and 4 is used to evoke the nature of Saiyan Raw, unadulterated battle power that grows yet it's tame enough to maintain technique

I can't help but ask, but does Rigor mention super saiyan at all? like say the words? (I have a small theory) Rigor actually calls Super Saiyan 4, his assault form because he does not know its a super saiyan form, or does not know about the legend. Thats why while super saiyan he says 'My battle form won't be enough' Maybe the reason each form is so much more powerful is because his base form is so much stronger, because the transformations /are/ multipliers after all
