Also, I'm sure several things like voices, certain things said, and maybe just overall explanation of certain things were better. I like the idea of Baby. The Shadow Dragons are okay. Super 17 isn't bad either. But things like Goku being as strong as SSJ3 Buu Saga in his base is ridiculous, the fact that SSJ4 is the only thing used after the Baby fight (except for one small glimpse of SSj against Super 17) when enemies *cough* Haze Shenron *cough* can get hurt from a brick and uub gets a whole half an arc but Pan gets what, 2? 2 and 1/2? just make GT have a bad taste in people's mouths. Anyways, don't make a 'genwunner' term for DB (especially since zeewunner doesn't make sense as genwunner is supposed to be Gen. One-er and you made it Z One-er, which would be a Yugioh 5Ds fan.) and also GT is still popular with some people. Also, notice how the majority of GT stuff brought back boils down to Baby(Super 2 and Great Ape) Super 17, and Syn and Nuova Shenron. Sometimes Eis. Also, SSJ4. That is basically the only GT stuff that gets brought back. No Black Star, and very little of the rest of the story. Just 4/5 villains, and a SSJ(ish) form.

***** Still, Geewunner to Zeewunner still doesn't work. Also, not everyone has biased opinions. Anyways, from what I can tell, it is still a separate series even in Japan. It still is a break. Just it may have been smoother in Japan. They are still separate series, Dragon Ball, Z(though Z and DB were one in the manga) Also, seeing that it apparently was supposed to only go to Baby Saga makes it seem better(pace wise) as SSJ4 actually would have been something that was left until the end, and unique to Goku. But then it had to be used in the next 2 sagas, and be used for any none base form fight.

But in this alternate universe, Gohan has kept up with training, meaning he kept his ultimate form(which base form is stronger than SSJ3 Gotenks) his potential is further than Goku's or Vegeta's. He reached SSJ4 without using the help of other Saiyans like Goku and without the artificial Rays like Vegeta. He got there through pure training so his SSJ4 would be stronger than them.

As a Gohan fan, I really like this. Now if only they'd make this an official anime scene. It would certainly make up for the sucky role Gohan's been having since the Cell Saga ended. Lately, it's been nothing but Goku and Vegeta getting all the spotlight and new transformations. But then again, so was everyone else's considering that the Buu Saga was, well... downright stupid. However, Gohan's role during the Dragon Ball Super series was pretty good (though only during the Golden Frieza and Universe Survival Saga). But the fact they didn't even bother to put Gohan in the Super: Broly movie (along with the fact he's given a _very_ small role in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes web series) still convinces me his role is slipping.
