It may seem like he's teleporting but its just a regular way for a Dragon ball show to demonstrate how fast Goku can move to emphasize that his opponent or spectators cant catch up to see his movements when he lets out more power. Goku can only teleport via Instant Transmission where he has to concentrate (by placing his index and middle finger on his forehead) and lock on to energy sources to instantly appear nearby them.

The whole SSJ Goku mini part looked so badass, and it feels good to see some well choregraphed fights in DB again, since DBS it's mostly repeated frames and ki blast most of the time

Crazy how i also thought Goku would come out after taking a shit and get in trouble, but the writers def knew we were expecting that so they played us 😂
