The bunny was Tom Kenny the voice of Ice King. You should know his most famous voice, so I won't tell you. Also the Mayor, voiced by Tom Kenny, is the Townsville Mayor.

At the time for those interested, Cartoon network worked in conjunction with Hannah Barbera, when it was first made. They made many shows like this, and became a haven for animated Cartoons. Somewhere along the line they lost this contract, and Hannah and Barbera split and CN was forced to make their own content. This gave them some of their best cartoons, but it was also fairly expensive too. Nickelodeon at the time, also began to make their own titans like Rugrats, and SpongeBob, whereas they previously relied heavily on live action shows for revenue. Now they were in direct competition, and ultimately CN decided to start slashing costs first in the form of getting rid of their classic bumpers, and as their shows slowly ended and were cancelled their ratings plummeted. They tried mixing in live action shows which was ultimately a failure and ended up borrowing shows from Canada to try to cut costs. Both things failed to make CN rival its competitors, and now a shadow of what it once was, its only giant source of animated materials come in the form of Adventure Time and Regular Show, whereas Nickelodeon still has some of longstanding cartoon shows such as Fairly Oddparents and SpongeBob.

Honestly what impressed me the most from this episode is how well they recaptured previously used comedy styles and animation styles. The timing was more reminiscent to the old (not the nineties) batman cartoon, and the line delivery was a mix of nineties cartoons from powerpuff girls. The color palette was more reminiscent to the color palettes from the nineties as well. Very well done on this video guys.

Man, I still remember watching 'Oh, yeah cartoons' when it was one Nicktoons, this was one of the shorts that was on it. I think the original 'My Life As A Teenage Robot' started on there. :D Though my favorite segments on that show were the Mother Goose fairy tales where she told them a different version of a fairy tale and somehow the kids she told them to ended up getting in trouble thanks to her.
