Its great but a darn good workout. Maybe too good. It might be better if it was the first 16 miles of a 50 mile day rather than this where we did it at the end of an already brutal day. Oh well, memories, right?

My youngest son recently got into cold plunging for post workout recovery. Then my wife got into it and now guess who uses it after rides like this??? Yep. I’m chunky dunkin in ice after a ride and I love the feeling (when you get out)!

@@dirtabletv I'll most definitely try that out brother. I've been watching people do it Wasn't sure the benefit though

@@griffithracingteam2412 I was a skeptic and am now a believer. Its just a sore muscle thing though... I've seen too many people think it cures everything... Im not there yet anyway but I do think it helps muscle recovery very well.

Awesome terrain!

You can never appreciate how difficult the terrain actually is thru helmet cams. Everything looks so damn flat and easy. Don't be fooled.

Agreed!

There is nothing that looks flat and easy about that. I can feel the sweat pouring and the perma grip happening

Yes, sir! Did you see my hands automatically closing on me near the end of the video? Inner thigh cramps, top of my forearms too. Never felt that. Brutal but I am ready to go again! I think, lol.

We started with 12 riders...... ended the day with 6!
