Super Simple Open A-Frame cabin Build

This time around we get to see an A-frame cabin (open fronted) that I recently built as a memorial at a school for a young girl that had passed away. The cabin (which could be enclosed EASILY and made into a guest cabin, greenhouse, airbnb rental, hip camp spot, or she-shed) was made both simply and affordably (it had to be) and I talk about a few of the approaches I used (including reused and salvaged materials) to reach that goal and keep things within budget. I love this. Plans for this would be awesome as I think it would be perfect for an art studio because of the light you get from the back wall. I know I would love to have one like it but maybe just a tiny bit bigger maybe.

Yeah, I can't imagine...... just very sad. The original plan was just for a mere memorial bench, but I was able to convince them, with the help of one of the main helpers, that this would be far cooler and would be something that the other kids could use and enjoy.

This is beautiful! Have your designed anything like this to be used for living quarters? This would make a nice kitchen or bathroom. The designs I've seen so far are to small for full time living. I'm going you have something just as simple that is a bit bigger or has the option to add on or build modules or something.

We can- others can too- problem is always a place (allowed) for them- and funds for the materials- they have to come from somewhere. I'm working on the very simplest a-frame plans real soon.....
