Well I did learn something new. It never occurred to be to ink the edge of the card stock to match the stamp. It is so easy! I’m always trying to find a colored piece of card stock that will match up. Thanks for the hint.

Ha ha normally i have card that matches my ink pads, but obviously Tim Holtz doesnt do cardstock like that so we have to get creative and make our own. It's not my original idea by the way. Ive seen others do it before, but it's a fab way to make everything coordinate!

Hi Audrey! I just find it the easiest way to make cards sometimes. I end up with more scraps which is a pain, but then i just make up goodie bags for kids and stick scraps in or i use them and punch out shapes then give those to kids

Wahey another comment that's come through. YT has changed some things it seems. I went to look where any comments go that need 'approving' and that button is no longer there! So im not sure if now they're just all getting approved or YT is just doing it themselves, but hey ho, im so happy im seeing your comments again now! Must reply to that email as well!!!! Brain is like mush these days! School holidays start again tomorrow- and there's talk of another full lock down :(

Hi Sasha, thank you once again for a great tutorial, keep em coming! I was watching another of your videos where you were using paint on paper and the paper warped quite a bit. I have since watched a video by Jennifer MCGuire and she had the same problem, (as we all do), she runs her papers through a laminating machine between two sheets of copier paper and it flattens them out and I just wanted to share it with you. I've just tried it myself and it really does work. Thanks again. x

Forgot to mention that I found those lovely sentiment strip dies, they're £36, I nearly fell off my chair!!!
@SashaReade
@SashaReade 4 жыл бұрын
yes, ive mentioned before they are not cheap! i bought mine from a shop in Canada when i was home and probably paid the equivalent. However, the flip side is that you only ever need that one die for alllllllll the stamps. I have used mine more than any other stamp and die set i have ever purchased, so for me it was actually worth every penny.

my stamper dose not have any magnets dose it need them?
@SashaReade
@SashaReade 4 жыл бұрын
which one do you have? Most come with magnets and are magnetic. Some however are just a stamp platform and then in that case having some removable adhesive could be a good investment if you need it to stay put for stamping multiple layers
