Super Simple Turnover For Judo

Why complicate things? With limited time on the ground, I think it's important to keep things super simple. Stay out of danger, keep active and turnover your opponent to secure the Osaekomi.

That final position. Is that a hold down, or a choke?

Great question. it is a hold down!! You can put pressure on the head from that position to make it uncomfortable for your opponent, but there's no real pressure on the neck.
