Mam please reply if u r saying that myoblast will produce 6 different form of Cell ie eosinophils basophill and neutrophils Monocytes and RBC platlets . If any mution will occur in the myeloid cell than why only there is excess proliferation of wbc why not rbc and pletlets although u r saying the patient may suffer from Anaemia and thrombocytopenia Plz mam reply 🙏

Bro actually even I was confused,but mam did a mistake, actually myeloblasts only form the granulocytes(eosinophils, basophils, neutrophils)not RBC, platelets,monocytes.So there is excess of precursors of granulocytes
