I tried the gel for type 4 edges it doesn’t work but the pomade has super good hold 😸 the gel is for like the slickness and pomade is the edge stufff

First ingredient is water but yes I just did it on a blow dry and it came out super slick. My hair didn’t revert as much and my waves were shiny and poppin. Lay it down and it looked even flatter. I have the coconut banana one in the big white jar

I think it’s only sold in the beauty supply store. You can try calling them before you actually go to the store. Check large beauty supply stores as well. The small ones in my area didn’t have it but the larger ones did
