I must say, this is the best set of Lawl Encore so far, and the solid animation helps to solidify it! These animations are especially good since Ratboy is a 3D character, and they help him blend in with Lawl's bizarre nature. I like how the Neutral B gives the variety between a slip trap, projectile, and moving trap to spice things up, as well as how tracks automatically generate under Ratboy as he uses the minecart. The UFO animation is also pretty cool, as well as the way he floats up to the top instead of having to use it for recovery. The Down B was also a nice way to have a surprise for opponents and the FS was pretty amusing too. BTW, thanks for the Mr. Nezzer cameo!

Looks like I've found a main. For a lack of a better word this moveset was well, genius! It wasn't the most complex but I feel the moves had enough secondary abilities to provide Ratboy with an interesting arsenal. From a Neutral B which cycles between three equally useful options, to a Side B that involves momentum and the Flying Saucer with water that just seems to be too much fun to use to gimp recoveries. I feel this is a textbook example of simple but effective. I have never watched Ratboy Genius (and the only thing I know about it is that he looks like Bart) but it seems like a bizarre series worth checking out. Nice one Plums!

Haven't been in the loop for Lawl in quite a bit, saw this in my recommend and decided to watch and no regrets! Even though I'm not a really good criticizer, it's a great moveset!

Did you know that Ratboy Genius was actually involved in something older than Lawl? He was one of the guest commentators for Smash Tournament 3 from 3GI If you haven’t heard of or seen the series, I highly recommend checking it out. It’s the best case of actual Smash Bros in live action, unscripted tournament style.

Little King John as an Echo Fighter

Ever since he was announced in Nico's set, I absolutely adored the idea of Ratboy Genius in Lawl. So much so, I rewatched some of the original episodes (which I'm so happy got referenced in a taunt : D) to refresh my memories of it. It does me so good to say, you did a wonderful, fantastic job at reflecting the surreal yet sincere style in RBG. From the intro, I could tell this was gonna be something special, with Grounder's Super, Smash bros lawl sound effect fitting in superbly. The All-Rounder playstyle was a perfect route to go with Ratboy, as his many adventures tended to take him all over the place. Animation wise, it's easily your best. Out of all your sets so far, the editing and transitions have been your most fluent and consistent, with chars like Kizuna, Ratboy of course and the newly annouced BrentalFloss (Plums, your roster truly does have an all-star cast), fiting in here. Speaking of Ratboy, the moves you designed for him are simply blessed. Each and everyone of them not only having a good amount of depth that make them unique, yet easy to pick up on. Plus, they genuinely look fun to try out. Like, I can really see myself using the UFO and it's ability to dowse foes (kinda like Pac-Man's hydrant, but even handier!) a lot. Same with the Minecart that'll make it a blast getting around the stage. Of course there's also Potato Knishes, one of Ratboy's most famous moments/ songs, that work solidly as projectiles. Lastly, there's the swimmingly designed Down B and Final Smash. Fishboy will def help turn the tides in his favor, while the eaters prove to make things fishy for Ratboy's foes. From the oh so sweet victory's with Baby, to the attacks from Gay Spagger that move me spirits up, to the marvelous new roster and schedule (Even if I haven't seen much of TOME, I'm just so ecstatic for Kirbopher's echo), everything about this video was a joy! Thank you so, so much for representing the magic and mystery of this web series real proper. Your passion for both Lawl & Ratboy Genius shined brilliantly here.

Possible alts: The default is as shown in the video. Alt 1 could have pink skin, a purple shirt, and lime pants as a reference to King John. Alt 2 could have green skin, a blue shirt, and pink pants to reference the Green Monster. Alt 3 could have tan skin, a white shirt, and blue pants as a reference to Summer Solstice baby. I don’t have any other ideas, though
