Bit late, but there's a more concrete reference for Mewtwo's first 2 taunts, and they both come from Colluseum, or at least his first one is definitely from Colluseum. He does very similar animations when using particular moves in the game. And on top of that, you can also see his idle animation is very similar to the one he has in Colluseum as well. Thinking about Mewtwo's last pose, the left arm is bent at the elbow as opposed to just pointing straight down at his left side. This could possibly represent Mewtwo's preparedness for the next battles in Smash Ultimate, but maybe not. Who knows? ngl I feel like mewtwo's spinning taunt may be a reference to when you use teleport in the overworld of pokemon games, as your trainer would spin extremely fast and launch off into the atmosphere to somehow end up at your desired location.

I always thought ganondorfs spinning taunt where he’s tucked into a ball references his transformation into Ganon in ocarina of time. He tucks in and stretches out in a very similar way before transforming in that game
