Gone is the Hero of Twilight and now we have the Hero of the Wild. Despite the new appearance, this Link does play similarly to past incarnations with some changes to his Tilts and Specials. In Link's Classic Mode, he'll go through a Quest to seal Ganon away.

I Notice Ganon's attacks are based on the past final bosses in the zelda games including BOTW. Ganon raising his twin swords upward releasing blue lightning circle beams is based on the lightning skyward strike from demise in skyward sword that red energy beam he spit out resembles the one Dark Beast Ganon did in BOTW.The Spin attack from Ganondorf & charge dash from Dark Beast Ganon in twilight princess Mr Sakurai did amazing job on him

The boss fights are really cool! I love how they stay faithful to the games with some unique functions, like stunning Gabon by hitting him in the tail, or burying Rathalos with a pitfall. Edit: wow, how did I not notice that typo? Lol, “Gabon” instead of “Ganon.”

Link is Fighter #3, coinciding with the Triforce. His costumes are as follows: • 1st costume (Cerulean): Based on the Champion’s Tunic from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. • 2nd costume (Green): Based on the Tunic of the Wild from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. • 3rd costume (Red): Based on the Hylian Tunic from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. • 4th costume (Cyan): Based on Fierce Deity Link from The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. • 5th costume (Blue): Based on the Royal Guard Uniform from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. • 6th costume (Viridian): Based on Link’s appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. • 7th costume (White): Based on Link’s appearance as a resident of Skyloft in the beginning of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. • 8th costume (Black): Based on Dark Link from The Legend of Zelda series and the Dark Interlopers from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Ironically, the Champion’s Tunic can’t be dyed in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, despite being the base of four costumes based on this outfit. The Tunic of the Wild can be dyed, but the colors used for the costumes based on this outfit are not possible in Breath of the Wild.
