So is it just a stand alone we put in ourselves, similar to the HD version vs. non HD version of Animelee or is it a full on download like beyond melee, akaneia, and the such? It would be interesting if we can use this HUD in other mods or just the normal game

They are just textures that change the appearance in Dolphin, the way to install them is to copy the textures into folders in the emulator. Unfortunately I don't have any backup of what I did a while ago. It's just visual smoke and I don't have access to them, since the data was lost and I never backed it up Sad face for all us and me too :(

oh that's GOOOD that actually looks like a Melee HD omg Great Job!!! 😆 we had initially wrote "if u pair it with HDR gameplay it would be the closest to the experience 😄☺" cuz we thought this was an Ultimate mod 😱 but we understand now that it is a Melee mod but wow such a testament to how gr8 it looks 💚💖 - FOli Boy (GB+FOrce)

Entonces, esto significa q al fin va a volver Poke Floats al Ultimate?? (So does it mean Poke Floats will return to Ultimate? Y como harias con los Nombres de otros Personajes, ya que el Anunciador de Melee solo tiene Voces para los Nombres de Personajes que estaban en Melee, y no los Nuevos? (And how will you do for the Announcer, since the Announcer in Melee only has Voice Lines for the Melee Character Names and not the new Ones?)

Btw se ve muy Cool este Mod, basicamente Melee en HD, aunq es el Inicio, te ha quedado muy Bien en mi Opinión

La verdad es que es solo un cambio estético en cuanto a texturas. No modificaré el juego en sí.
