Nice. You got it exactly right. Just the way we make it. We usually use clarified butter instead of butter, but butter also works. Well done. Also, I made whole wheat bread with your recipe, and it worked this time. I put a bowl of water in the oven while baking it, the bread was soft and the crust not too hard. Thank you.

Not clarified butter but Ghee, Melted butter is not ghee, butter has to be cooked not just melted to be a ghee
@achadha5 жыл бұрын
@@daddu1983 Ghee is called clarified butter in English, it does not mean melted butter. When u cook butter the ghee is separated from milk solids. Thus Ghee is called clarified butter.

Her ABOUT section says she's from Xi'an city, Shaanxi province, China maps.app.goo.gl/nb6B5xx36SEvVFg5A It also says she wanted to share cuisine from that part of China and listed some well known dishes. That part of China is little known to westerners. Their food is mostly wheat flour based instead of rice based as in southern China. They don't do much stir frying either which became a symbol of Chinese food in the West. Xi'an was the capital of China on and off in the first millennium.

You can use Google Translate. Also, she currently lives in Canada with her family. Her ABOUT section translated by Google Translate below: If you live in another country, do you miss the taste of your hometown like me? Liangpi, rolled dough, beef and mutton steamed buns, oil splashed noodles, sour soup dumplings, rice cake, Qinzhen rice noodles, oil tea twist, cured beef and mutton, etc. I am from Xi'an, Shaanxi. I have been away from my hometown for more than ten years. The deliciousness of my hometown is unforgettable. Under the influence of their parents, they learned to make many Xi'an delicacies and made a video to share with you. All videos are operated by myself, shot by myself, edited by myself, I hope you like it.
