I'm about to get my fist 8s car which is a Arrma Infraction. Im used to the Arrma Systems (Dirt Basher "Talion" though not Street drifter/basher) and drive style the question I have is more the look of the car, I've heard that ya can swap out the Felony body for the Infraction body with minimum tweaks? is this true and if so does that mean it can then work for the Limitless? Seems daft when I type it but had to ask.

I tried that too. It don't like high speed with the body off. I slid into the grass for a high speed barrel roll but nothing broke. The Felony is surprisingly durable. Typical Arrma..

I know this video is 2 years ago Jay Tee but I plan on getting one this year, 2025. Then I'll be upgrading it making it a 8s car but want run it 8s all the time still run 6s. I'm getting into speed runs and love building and learning more and more about the hobby. Thanks man I enjoy your channel

I got one,these are the dopest cars on the market. I got one 2 weeks ago an I luv it! I bent the chassis at 75 mph an broke the lower A arm she fixed now. Changed all bearings to fast Eddie's bearings cause they kept coming out of the hubs on one side.

Body definitely comes into play especially at those speeds could get more if you took blower off an clean the lines up...at 65mph aero plays a huge role more then people think ..I got the aero kit comes with front sides and huge rear wing all aluminum have the orange just like you 101.7 completely stock except for aero package definitely a blast aint it...thx for sharing

My pops got an orange felony 1 back body clip that's a complete nightmare to get installed, I got a black felony same rear body clip a complete pain....its funny watching this vid and u struggling with yours as well lol wassup with the clips arrma? I peaked at 85 with 2 powerhobby bricks, no heating issue very happy with the performance. Jaytee with another dope vid!!

You'll get some thinner body clips and replace those thick ones and you won't have the problem anymore

Looks 💯 MPH Sitting Still!!! XO-1 got a Felony in its mirrors!! 💪 👊 I seen someone else get 93mph or 93mph few days ago stock with speed Pinion ! Very impressive. IDK the difference in gear ratio of the Felony compared to V1 Infraction, but maybe with "Bigger rear wheels & final drive gearing" is geared taller. Soo tempted to Snag one, dunno where I'd run it in blighty 😂

Yeah it's got a little bit more in it but due to some of that heat problems I was having I just didn't drive it anymore. But I can probably do about 94 or so I'll get it back out on another day

X0-1 is 100mph out of the box I believe, then if you use the App or whatever system it is you can get up to 120mph I believe stock! Trouble is you can't put the power down! Traxxas X0-1 is a handful to put it politely. To put it bluntly it handles like a pig LOL Overpriced trash IMO

@@paulclancy2404 Could be right on the Spektrum electronics fella, although KV on Can is same as V1 Infraction I believe & same 150amp esc so Specs are the same. I saw another reviewer do stock Speed run of Infraction V2 & that done 93mph or 94mph, he put charts up & showed gearing on V1 & the new V2 Infraction & the V2 Infraction is geared different... Taller I imagine, so gearing also playing a roll.

I not sure if you were slipping on sand. I think you were losing traction because you didn't have the body on which gives you the down force needed to hold traction at those high speeds. You didn't seem to have a problem until you took the lid off. Love that Burnt Orange. Can't wait for them to hit the stores. Nice run. Do you think 2 3cells would give you better weight distribution and speed?
