I used to love playing with Sagat in SSF2 One thing about him that frustrated the hell out of people paying against me was his tiger knee and uppercut. They start at damn near ground level so it is like they would be jumping in ready to combo and WHAM!!! Someone even accused me of inputting a cheat code because 98% of the time I could knock you out of the air. I guess his height was an illusion because now you him and now you got knocked the !@#$ out. TIGER!!!

This is not the hardest difficulty. He swept a character standing up TWICE in the first round of the fourth battle (vs. Dahlism). I own this game. The characters are far more aggressive than this in the medium difficulty setting.

@curseyourgrave This is the arcade version, there are no difficulty settings. The arcade difficulty is somewhere along the lines of level 5-6 on the consoles, so you could get it alot harder on the consoles. But the arcade wasn't that hard really.

@HyperSonicXtreme I thought as much, but why are you neglecting to mention the fact that it clearly states to be a tool-assisted speedrun? I won't argue it takes some skill to make a good TAS, but it also relies a lot on an emulator's slow-motion and save state features. It's completely different from what A1Major is claiming, which takes pure skill and memorization.

The CPU in ST are harder than in Super; on top of that, he'd have to fight Shin Akuma instead of Bison(dictator). Getting a perfect against Shin Akuma would be impressive.

3:45 When you block a special attack (in this case Dhalsims' special move where he spins downward through the air) you still lose a little bit of HP (hit points). That 1st round against Dhalsim shouldn't have been a "Perfect" round; I don't know if something got rigged or botched. At the end of that round, usually when it's a "Perfect" round, you see the word "PERFECT" flashing before the announcer actually says, "Perfect!". Something is just fishy about this video.
