Today, I'm thrilled to share with you my favorite bounty cake recipe. It's a delightful no-bake dessert that combines the tropical taste of coconut with rich chocolate and crispy biscuits.
This cake with coconut is perfect for those warm days when you want a quick dessert without baking. It's a biscuit dessert recipe that's both easy and impressive. The layers of coconut cake and chocolate create a taste reminiscent of bounty chocolates, but in a larger, more satisfying form.
This dessert recipe is my go-to when I need a chocolate dessert in a hurry. It's a quick dessert without baking that never fails to please. The combination of textures and flavors in this homemade chocolate recipe is simply divine!

Biscuit form:

- Milk chocolate | 200 g (7 oz)
- Milk | 100 ml (0.5 cups/3.4 oz)
Filling:
- Sugar | 100 g (0.6 cups/3.5 oz)
- Milk | 500 ml (2.5 cups/17 oz)
- Semolina | 80 g (0.5 cups/2.8 oz)
- Coconut flakes | 200 g (3 cups/7 oz)
Topping:
- Dark chocolate | 100 g (3.5 oz)
- Butter | 40 g (1.4 oz)
- Cream (hot) | 100 ml (0.5 cup/3.4 oz)
Baking form | 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)

Est-ce que éventuellement on peut remplacer la semoule par de la farine ou ce n'est pas possible ?

Je n’ai pas encore essayé de remplacer la semoule par de la farine dans cette recette en particulier, mais en général c’est possible, oui Mais il est conseillé d’utiliser de la farine grillée pour éviter un goût détrempé. Faites-le frire dans une poêle sèche jusqu'à ce qu'il soit légèrement doré. Aussi, en option, la semoule peut être remplacée par de la farine de coco (elle absorbe bien l'humidité) ou du lait en poudre : c'est aussi une bonne option

La semola proprio nn mi piace magari posso sostituirla con fecola di patate o maizena oppure l amido di mais cosa mi suggerisci grazie
