Super tender Danish milk bread // Sweet bread

Flour 150 gr
Bread yeast 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 30 g
Milk 100 g
Vegetable oil 10 g
Butter 25 g
1. Mix warm milk, sugar, salt, yeast, and vegetable oil. Add flour. Knead the dough. Knead by hand for 10 minutes, if you have a robot it is 5 minutes. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should double in size.
2. After fermenting, knead the dough a little. Extend the rectangle. Put softened butter on the dough, distribute evenly. Fold the dough into 3 layers. Cut into 6 pieces.
3. In each piece of dough, make 2 cuts lengthwise and make a braid. Place in a greased muffin tin. We leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The buns are doubled. Grease with milk and bake at 170 g for 18-20 minutes.
