I have made lots of salmon dip. From my experiences you need just straight up cream cheese sometimes you might need to add some water to it to soften it up and you need a lot of fresh dill a bunch of pepper and a lot more fish than you added and smoking it would help a lot. Hopefully this helps!

Filet your trout, season with Bbq seasoning and smoke. In a bowl add a block of cream cheese 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream diced red onion diced bell pepper and diced jalapeno and some of the juice. Add some more bbq seasoning to the mixture. Add your trout when it if firm and kinda dry to the touch. Enjoy.

Rainbow salmon dipped in red onion and smoked salmon and lemon. pepper off and for smoking only light salting when the fish is taken out of smoking

Put that mix into a jalapeno, wrap in bacon and bake or grill I bet that would be good. Just like deer meat back strap cut small, wrap in bacon and coat with apricot jam ITS AMAZING!

in Montana we filet the trout and smoke them but that’s only with rainbow trout if it’s any other species of trout we grill it and it taste really good

Dry brine in equal parts brown sugar and salt - layer it in a Tupperware and really pack the brine in between the layers. It will suck the juice out. Take the fish out and let it dry, then smoke. The rest is up to you.

Slide out to the middle of the pond, and run water out of the hole with the auger. Especially before night, or through out the night. it’ll thicken that ice up!

flair in February out here in Utah there is one of the biggest hunting expos and maybe you can bring Bux or Dux and set up a stand and its from the 15th to the 18th and is at the salt plaice expo center and its call the western hunting expo and you if come just to look around you will need to stay for 2 days because of how big it is
