2 things : a) With all that insulation you'd think a sun visor might have been on their radar. b) I believe the vehicle would perform much better with ordinary diameter 16 inch wheels and tyres. Those wheels are too big, too wide and stick out too far. Pushing those huge tyres takes a lot of energy and causes a lot of wear and heat.

I was very polite about the tyres but you are 100% correct 2H does not like 35s, fuel usage and temperatures go to high. They all need a sun visor
