I’ve been playing white howling in my deck for sooooo long and I didn’t think anyone else would start. It’s sooooo strong to negate all your opponents spells since everyone plays so many spells now

Dont you get to use it after the oppo uses a second spell? Cuz the spell goes to gy after it resolved. Seems trash, you want to disrupt from the first spell they use.

@ correct, they have to have a spell in their graveyard to use it. So when they activate a second spell you can chain banish spell in grave then negate second spell and all remaining spells for the turn. In a spell heavy format being able to negate all their spells is strong, in my opinion. I’ve won many duels by controlling the field. Decks are playing continuous spells and fields spells relying on those effects plus the spells they activate. When you add this with dweller plus negates/interruptions, it’s hard for your opponent to build a board when they can’t play spells, use graveyard effects, changing their monsters to water, popping 3 cards on the field etc. too much interaction, calculating etc for them. Just my personal preference to play this. Droll is still strong even though you have to let them get one search? So this is strong even though you have to let them use one spell

Or that new trap that negates monsters and acts like a hand trap if you dont play light, earth and wind monsters. To me it feels like you lose value with howling, unless tcg is insanely combo heavy and they play 4 spells a turn ( im a dl player )

@ I get what you are saying. I play TCG and I feel every deck I play against uses a continuous spell/ field spell in their combo plus 3-4 spells. So the value is there. When it goes for them activating a board breaker I always save the toad Omni negate for something that could destroy my board. The end board would be the same end board he has plus howling, I play 2 trap trix which gives me 5 copies so I will see this as much as my staters.

There are many version of the deck that plays it. It's his own opinion about Shark but there isn't a fixed playstyle ! Personally i don't like utopic future

the new c32 is insanely cool but tbh he is just an aight card. Ill def run him in master duel whenever the support arrives but realistically he isnt an amazing boss monster.

@@loukassavva9043 it’s not an OP boss like baronne per say but it’s still a really good card. He can be an endboard piece because of the negate but he is also the best monster going 2nd to psuh for games. Double attack, piercing damage, s/t pop. Really easy to OTK with it

To answer his question; whoever goes first between Sharks and Raidraptors because both like to swarm the field and Xyz Summon. Both struggle to go 2nd into established boards (I think Sharks have more tools to push through though). However, I don't see how Sharks beat Three Bird towers (one that is going to be s board wipe and 5300), Glorious Bright and Roost unless stopped early.
